My goal is to be a supportive companion on your journey, no matter what obstacles you may be facing.

Whether you're feeling anxious, struggling with difficult life transitions, or experiencing other forms of distress, I offer a holistic approach - which is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles.

Together, we will identify your strengths, explore areas for growth, and develop a plan of action tailored to your unique needs and goals.

You get to take home your own “Self Care Tools” to integrate into your day to day life.

An integrative therapy session gives you the opportunity to hold space and explore various techniques and strategies that unlocks a natural awareness, giving you the courage to open up in areas of your life so that real healing can begin.

Based on your individual needs, I will incorporate:

 
  1. Active Listening: Through compassionate and active listening, I create a safe space for clients to share their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This allows us to explore their unique challenges and work towards finding solutions.

  2. Lifestyle Choices and Time Management: By taking a closer look at lifestyle choices and time management, we can identify areas that may be causing stress or imbalance. Together, we develop strategies to optimize daily routines and create a more fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

  3. Exercise Interventions: I incorporate exercise interventions tailored to each client's needs. Physical activity plays a crucial role in promoting overall well-being, reducing stress, and improving mood. I guide clients in developing personalised exercise plans to enhance their physical and mental health.

  4. TRE (Trauma Release Exercises): Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) are a powerful tool to support healing from past traumatic experiences. I provide guidance and facilitate these exercises to help clients release tension, restore balance, and promote emotional resilience.

  5. Massage Therapy: Through the use of various massage techniques, I offer relief from muscle tension, promote relaxation, and support overall physical well-being. Massage therapy aids in reducing stress, improving circulation, and enhancing the body's natural healing processes.

  6. Dance Movement Therapy (DMT): DMT combines the expressive power of dance and movement with therapeutic techniques. It allows clients to explore and express their emotions, promote self-awareness, and foster personal growth. DMT can be a transformative experience for individuals seeking emotional healing and self-discovery.

  7. I also provide intuitive insights through extra sensory perception. This allows me to gain deeper insights into my clients' experiences and provide guidance that goes beyond traditional therapeutic approaches. By incorporating extra sensory perception into our sessions, we can explore underlying emotions, patterns, and blockages that may be impacting their well-being. Through this intuitive process, I aim to help clients gain a greater understanding of themselves, their challenges, and the paths they can take towards healing. It's important to note that this aspect of my work is optional, and I always respect the comfort level and preferences of each individual client

    In addition to the services mentioned above, I provide session notes to track progress and provide ongoing support. Clients can also benefit from continuous support through email communication, participation in The Moving Circle Community, and access to the resources offered by Advance with Health.

2 hrs $210

Following sessions:
1.5 hr $150
