Welcome to
Advance with Health

Movement-led somatic therapy and nervous system support for stress, trauma, overwhelm and emotional wellbeing. Through body-based therapy, movement, therapeutic touch, and nervous system regulation, I support people to reconnect with themselves, release held tension and feel more grounded within their body and daily life.

For those seeking calm, connection, and ease within themselves.

The body holds experience. Stress, trauma, overwhelm and emotional load are not only mental, but they are also physiological patterns carried within the nervous system. My work supports the body to shift from survival states toward regulation, safety, connection and trust.

This work can sit alongside and complement support received from other practitioners.

Creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and understood is central to my practice.

I believe healing begins when we reconnect with the body, restore awareness and learn to listen to ourselves in new ways.

My work unfolds through three interconnected areas:

1:1 Therapy

Massage . TRE . Dance Movement Therapy . ACT . Nervous System Support

Group Practice

The Moving Circle . Movement . Collective Embodiment

Reflective Practice

Writing . Teaching . Field Notes . Embodied Research

My Approach

I support people to come home to their bodies, to move, feel, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that long to be heard.

I combine somatic therapy, movement, and reflective practice to support regulation, expression and deeper awareness. This work is trauma informed, embodied and experiential - focused on what is felt, not just understood.

I am also a storyteller at heart. Through my written field notes I explore the beauty of being human, inviting others to slow down, listen inward, and create meaningful change from within.

Inside the Work

My work is a body-based system supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release and embodied healing. This work is about returning to the intelligence of the body, to come back into relationship with oneself and with life.

  • Whether you’re feeling anxious, struggling with difficult life transitions, burnout, or experiencing other forms of distress. I offer a holistic approach, which is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles.

  • TRE was developed by Dr David Berceli in the 1990s with the aim of helping people and communities release patterns and imprints of tension and trauma through inviting a natural neurogenic tremor initiated and guided by the body, allowing for a gentle gradual and eventually deep release of tension and trauma from our body mind system.

Here's what Dr Ali Walker had to say…

“Just had my second integrative healing session with this angel. With some big upcoming changes. Dianna is showing me how to go out of my head and into my body using “Trauma Release Exercises”, massage and intuitive guidance. It’s like stepping into a new atmosphere! It’s so important to seek healing in our areas of challenge rather than hiding from them and burying them. So grateful.”
