My Approach
At the core of my approach is a belief in that true wellbeing comes from reconnecting the body and mind. Through movement, nervous system support and body-based practices, I help you deepen awareness, build resilience and reconnect with yourself - coming home to your body in a grounded and meaningful way.
This work supports greater emotional balance, self awareness, confidence and trust in yourself. Over time, it helps you develop the capacity to move through challenges with more calm, clarity and inner strength, while creating space for healing, growth and lasting change.
My role is to guide and support you with compassion, helping you better understand the patterns, stress responses and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected.
My mission is to restore balance to busy lives, harmonise chaos, and reignite the inner spark. I provide a compassionate and collaborative approach to support my clients. Together, we uncover and overcome limiting patterns and thoughts, paving the way for enhanced well-being. Through The Moving Circle and Advance with Health my mission is to restore a sense of balance to busy lives, create space for genuine connections and support people in building sustainable wellbeing, resilience and community.
How it all started
Growing up with my sister and mother as nurses, I've always felt a strong desire to serve my community.
I wanted to find a career path that aligned with my values of compassion, connection, community service while utilising my strengths. That's why I chose a more holistic approach, creating a safe space where I could combine my passion for deep understanding, uplifting others, and cultivate positive change. Starting my own business allowed me to do just that.
Engaging in meaningful work lies at the centre of my values. Bringing people together, helping navigate a wide range of struggles and challenges. My main focus is supporting clients who are managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, breakups, divorce, and career changes or simply want to learn body-mind tools to increase and sustain their wellbeing.
I help you shift from a depleted, overwhelmed state to a place of calm and confidence.
My journey into health and wellbeing began in my early 20s when I worked alongside chiropractors and osteopaths while studying sports injuries and remedial massage therapy in Sydney. Dance has also been a significant part of my life since childhood, and I continued teaching dance throughout my 20s and early 30s at Kincoppal Junior & Senior High School.
In 2010, I merged my two passions and founded Advance with Health, offering hands-on treatment and movement therapy. Instead of relying solely on external solutions, I believe in providing clients with tools and resources to become their own facilitators cultivating self reliance. My goal is to help build resilience and confidence within you, allowing you to tackle whatever life throws your way with self-assurance, grounded and motivation.
