Whether you’re in physical or emotional distress, feeling anxious or experiencing existential pain, my integrated approach to healing is key to treating and restoring your whole person to a level of optimum functioning.

Integrative Healing describes my own multi-disciplinary approach to healing.

First, I consider all interacting components that make you who you are – your body, mind, emotions and spiritual force.
Second, I determine which modalities, tools and techniques will best restore your health and vitality.
